Providing the following conditions are met Cotswold Mushrooms Ltd will honour a no questions asked return policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchase from this website please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost at time of purchase.
The returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, if approved, your refund will be credited back onto your original method of payment within 5 working days.
