I suffer from focal epilepsy and often find I have a very short term memory. I sometimes lose track of conversations and regularly can’t come up with specific words when I need them. The first purchase I made had a noticeable difference over a short period of time. Within 10 days I felt a lot more clarity and found I was following conversations. I had put some tests in place to see if there was an improvement. One test I had was trying to recall mobile numbers when transferring customer information from screen to paper and vice versa. I was impressed to say the least. Instead of having to look at the number 3-4 even 5 times, I was able to look at it once and was able to recall it. Having the issues I’ve had since the epilepsy I’ve always found it pretty devastating that my memory has been affected so much. I forgot lots of friends names and when friends would ‘reminisce’ with me I always ended up saying ‘I don’t remember’. Years had gone. Some very random little memories have come back from my childhood, which wasn’t expected. My speech has improved. I don’t pause as much and don’t often forget my trail of thought. Also finding the right word seems to happen faster.
Price wise these are great. I had tried another brand, but they were nearly twice the price, had less % of the lions mane and was bulked up with additional vitamins. Basically these are great value for money and work!

My order came very quickly, was well packaged and fitted easily through my letterbox. I am very impressed with the capsules which although look rather large to take are really easy to swallow, I struggle to take tablets but have no problems taking these. Both myself and my husband have been taking them now for about 10 days and we feel that there is starting to be an improvement in how we are managing life, which to be honest with you is a relief.
I have high hopes that it will get better as we continue to take Lion’s Mane. I chose to use Cotswold Mushrooms because the mushrooms are grown here in England.
